Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Quality Management System Implementation The company/ vendor shall assist the Corporation in the following as part of the scope: - Developed Gap analysis report to be used as a basis for the implementation process - Preparation of work plan - Identification of lead team and facilitating training - Developing the quality policy - Integrate all existing policies and develop policies where gaps are identified for better alignment into the Corporation process - Facilitating the awareness training - Developing the quality manual and quality procedures - Developing quality objectives and action plans - Provide necessary induction and training to all EPTC stuff - Capacitate appointed internal auditors from all business units on review and quality audit processes as per the requirements of the ISO standards. - Facilitating an internal audit - Defined performance improvement tools that would assist the Corporation to achieve its objectives to be ISO 9001:2018 certified and meet customer requirements. - Review of the results and implementing corrective action
