Request for proposals are invited for Provision of External Audit Services for the Financial Years 2022-2024 Tender Upload Date: Wednesday 13th April 2022 12:01 pm Submission Deadline: Wednesday 4th May 2022 12:00 pm To be eligible for consideration for this proposal, a Tenderer should provide in its proposal the documents specified in ‘-Instructions to Tenderer--, including the following; 1. Certified copy of a valid Trading Licence, 2. Original & Valid Tax Compliance Certificate, 3. Certified copy of an official statement of the Directors and alternative directors (i.e. Form ‘J-) or owner/s in the case of unincorporated persons, 4. Certified copy of an official statement of the annual summary of share capital and shares (i.e. Form ‘C- or equivalent) for incorporated persons and 5. Certified copy of Labour Compliance Certificate, 6. Certified Copy of SNPF Compliance Certificate and 7. Police Clearance Certificates for all Directors. 8. E500.00 Council Receipt for proof of purchase of RFP The request for Proposals document can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of E500.00 payable at Council offices or alternatively you can purchase a soft copy of the tender document the Finance department for banking details.
