Country: Eswatini Description of the Assignment: 45 Working Days.The overall purpose of this consultancy is to develop a comprehensive Resource Mobilization Strategy for Eswatini that includes:A mapping of potential funding sources (traditional, non-traditional, innovative finance).A detailed,actionable strategy for accessing and managing these resources.An assessment of ACMS' institutional capacities and recommendations on the resources and improvements required to operationalize the strategy effectively.Specific objectives are:To map global, regional, and national funding opportunitiesaligned with Eswatinis development priorities.To formulate a strategic, sector-sensitive resource mobilization plan with a clear implementation framework.To assess ACMS' current operational capacity and develop a capacity-building plan (upskilling, systems, and structures) required for effectiveresource mobilization.To provide practical guidance for integrating new resource mobilization efforts within existing financial and institutional governance frameworks.The expert's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:1.
