Description:
Tenders are invited for Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Maloma & Lobamba Substations 11 Kv Switchboard Scope of Work The Main Scope of Work is as Follows. Lobamba Substation: ▪ Refurbish Old Switchboard (Relay & Ct Replacements, Arc Flash Protection System) with iec61850 Configurations. This Consist of 6 X 11 Kv Feeder Panels, 2 X 11 Kv Transformer Incomers and 1 X 11 Kv Bus Section. Only Protection Relays and Cts will be Freely Issued by Eec. Tender No.65 of 2019/20- Construction of Mankayane Depot Page 3 of 30 ▪ Install, Test & Commission Actom New 5 Panel Switchboard on New Control Room (Incomer & 4 Feeders). The Panels only will be Freely Issued by Eec and Includes a Loosely Supplied Ethernet Switch. ▪ Install /Terminate Transformer -Incomer Power Cable from 2 X 20 Mva Transformers to Switchboard Incomers. Each Transformer shall have 4 X 120mm Power Cables. The Cables and Termination Kits will be Freely Issued by Client/Eec. ▪ Integrate New and Old Switchboard. This will Involve Installing, Testing, and Commissioning the Refurbished Switchboard as an Extension from Newly Installed Switchboard. A 24 Port Ethernet Switch will be Provided, and Contractor shall Establish a Fiber Link between Switch and Rtu since These shall be in Separate Buildings. Contractor to do All iec61850 Configurations and Arc Protection System Embedded on Relays. ▪ Cabling and Connection of 110 Vdc Power Supplies to Switchboard from 66 Kv Control Room to 11 Kv Switchboard Room (30m) ▪ Re-Construct Panel Drawings for Refurbished Old Switchboard. The New Switchboard shall have its Drawings Provided. Timelines Bidders are required to provide a provisional works program (Gantt Chart) starting from contract signing up to the completion of the works.
