- Country: Eswatini Description of the Assignment: The United Nations Development Program in Collaboration with The Ministry of Tinkhundla Administration and Development seeks to engage the services of an Individual Consultant to conduct a concise documentation of the origins and analysis of the TinkhundlaPolitical System of Government and GovernanceThe ideal candidate should poses:Master's degree in political science; Law, International Relations and Diplomacy; Public Policy and Administration; or any other relevant development areaAt least ten years working experience in governance in domestic andinternational political systems;Displayed understanding of the Local governance systemsAnalytic experience for laws and policies to inform document developmentExcellent communication skills (written and oral).Excellent research and writing skills, and influences on government policies, laws, andregulations.Good interviewing skills, and ability to work with others and a team.Good Communication and facilitation skillsAbility to work under pressure and deliver within agreed upon timelines.
